Salary: £90-£120 per day

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (no weekends)

Teaching Personnel are looking for a Classroom Manager to provide general cover in a partner school in the Milford Haven area. The school is always on the lookout for Classroom Managers to join their team to support the teaching staff during illnesses or absences. This secondary school values supporting the local community.

* Previous experience as a Classroom Manager, Cover Supervisor, or delivering lessons in secondary schools as an Unqualified Teacher is preferred; however, applicants with transferable skills or those who have supported young people in a similar capacity are welcome.
Roles and responsibilities of a Classroom Manager:
* Delivering lessons where the work has been set by the teacher.
* Ensuring positive behaviour management in accordance with school policies.
* Supporting pupils who are having difficulty completing the assigned work.
* Developing strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
* Assisting with the supervision of pupils outside lesson times, including before and after school and at lunchtime.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
