What you'll do
To support Vodafone Limited in its commitment to process personal data, honestly, ethically, with integrity and consistently with applicable law and the Vodafone Privacy Management Policy through assisting with the following activities:
1. Daily management of Data breaches and Inncidents to ensure compliance with regulatory obligaitons and that data breaches are reported to the regulator within the 24 hour Legal reporting obligation.
2. Providing advice in relation to data breaches to Vodafone Limited employees and key stakeholders (and maintaining log of personal data breaches);
3. Working With Privacy Manager and DPO to compile and draft ICO notifications and regulatory reports.
4. Supporting and day to day management of Individuals Rights requests under the relevant Data Portection legislation. Such as, but not limited to: DPA 2018, UK GDPR and PECR 2003
5. providing advice relating to requests for disclosure of data, court orders and customer complaints and liaising with our internal Police disclosures and Legal intercept teams.
6. Triaging and responding to queries received through the teams centralised inboxes and OneTrust;
7. assessing that privacy controls required by a Privacy Impact Assessment are being complied with;
8. supporting on maintenance of Privacy Risk Register;
9. providing advice relating to requests for disclosure of data, court orders and customer complaints;
10. maintaining records of personal data processing that VFUK undertakes as controller and as processor;
11. building awareness and training UK business teams on data protection and privacy issues including the continued development of Privacy Pioneer community.
12. Horizon Scanning to ensure Vodafone Limited are aware and informed of changes to the regulatory landscape to ensure compliance to all laws.

13. To support the business in complying with Vodafone Privacy Management Policy and applicable law

14. To provide contractual support to ensure that data protection and privacy issues are dealt with in compliance with Vodafone Privacy Management Policy and regulatory requirements
Leadership and teamwork
15. To support across both the Privacy Legal and Privacy Operations Team
16. Support in raising awareness of data protection within Vodafone UK through building of Privacy Pioneer community
Innovation and change
17. To help to deploy the use of One Trust platform by UK business to make privacy compliance as frictionless as possible
18. To participate in and contribute to Privacy Team knowledge sharing sessions.
Communication
19. To communicate requirements of Vodafone Privacy Management Policy to VFUK business using Yammer and through awareness campaigns.
