We are looking for an NPLQ Trainer Assessor to join our team, who is able to communicate well and able to deliver high quality training services.
The main purpose of this post is to deliver the programme of monthly staff competency training, ensuring that all staff who work on poolside are able to demonstrate the required standard of knowledge in relation to pool safety and rescues; to plan staff re qualification as required and to provide a range of external NPLQ courses to our customers across the year.
It is essential that you hold the NPLQ Trainer/Assessor qualification and First Aid Instructors qualification.

Requirements
* First Aid Instructors Qualification
* NPLQ Trainer/Assessor Qualification
* Strong people management skills
* At least three years in a training related business of environment
* Ability to deliver very high quality training services to clients of all backgrounds
* An awareness of training business development and potential opportunities
* A passion for the training industry through continuous professional development, action learning and training
* Mobility to travel across sites under the contract
* Excellent time management skills - able to deal with a number of priorities at once
