Role Overview
You will work as part of an integrated 0-25 team and will be required to support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. You will also be responsible for supporting the universal partnership and partnership plus families.
We work closely with our commissioners and partners to deliver the best possible services for children, young people, and families.

Key Responsibilities
You should possess excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills together with an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. An in-depth knowledge of the current health agenda relating to children’s services is essential.
You will be joining a proactive skill-mixed team working together to deliver the Healthy Child Programme. As part of the 0-25 Service, which includes Health Visiting and School Nursing, you will be working closely with other local statutory, health, and voluntary agencies to provide accessible, person-centred packages of care in response to individual and local needs.
