The Role
The firm seeks an experienced and driven Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE to join its Chelmsford office. The Real Estate department handles high-value and complex matters typically associated with top London firms.
You will manage a diverse caseload, including landlord and tenant issues, licenses to assign, commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, and development work, while collaborating with the wider team on larger and more complex matters.
Requirements & Remuneration:
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE in Commercial Property
* Excellent client care skills are essential
* Comfortable mentoring and delegating work to junior fee earners and support staff
