Job Title: Project Manager – Delivery Location: Barrow-In-Furness – On-site Salary: Circa £58,500 depending on experience What you’ll be doing: Lead and manage major construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects and to manage a potential team of direct reports. E.g major construction and infrastructure projects Liaise and co-ordinate multiple site and external stakeholders to capture project scope including requirements capture, design, implementation, delivery, commissioning and handover. Responsible for controlling & reporting against all commercial and financial aspects of projects from concept to completion (both internal and external supply chain activities) Maintain and manage a safety focused environment and culture aligned to the high-risk aspects of the projects undertaken To manage and control Principal Contractors site activities under Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 Your skills and experiences: Successfully leading/managing Major Projects of significant complexity and financial scale within an manufacturing, production or construction environment Professional team leadership, stakeholder management and effective communication at all levels internally and externally Qualification in Engineering/Construction, with an established Project Management skillset (e.g. development of Plans, Financial forecasting, Business Cases, Risk Management, Presentation packs, LCM material) Proven ability to lead and develop teams of direct and in-direct reports and stakeholders Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
