Job Role:
The Site Manager position involves managing and coordinating fit-out trades and activities from initial installations through to completion and handover. Responsibilities include overseeing site activities, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining strict health and safety protocols.
Job Details:
* Pay: Up to £50,000 per annum.
* Hours of Work: 40 hours per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
* Duration: Permanent.
* Overtime Rules: No overtime.
Essential Requirements:
* M&E/construction fit-out experience (commercial offices, retail, laboratories).
* Proven site management experience.
* Experience working with M&E/building services/FM contractors.
* Stable career history within the M&E building services/construction fit-out sector.
* Qualifications:
o SMSTS.
o CSCS Managers Card or equivalent.
o NEBOSH/COSH or equivalent.
o Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Requirements:
* Mechanical/electrical trade background.
* Qualifications:
o C&G/NVQ in mechanical/electrical trade.
o First Aid at Work or equivalent qualification.
o Temporary Works Coordinator.
o Scaffold Inspection.
Day-to-Day Duties:
* Managing and coordinating fit-out trades from initial installation to completion and handover.
* Overseeing site activities, including health and safety compliance.
