Salter Grange are leading the recruitment for a Site Manager to oversee residential amenity projects including swimming pools and gyms, for a main contractor based in Poplar.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards
* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedules
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on amenity projects such as gyms and swimming pools
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health and safety regulations
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
