Credit and Collections Manager

Our client is looking for a dynamic Credit and Collections Manager to take ownership of their accounts receivables (AR) process. In this role, you’ll spearhead efforts to reduce unpaid balances, optimize credit policies, and build strong relationships across internal teams and customers—all while leading a motivated AR team to success.

Compensation
* $75,000–$85,000 annually
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing overdue accounts by resolving disputes and arranging payments.
* Developing and implementing training plans to elevate AR team performance.
* Managing 2 staff members.
* Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders like sales and branch managers.
* Evaluating customer creditworthiness and setting credit limits.
* Lowering Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to ensure steady revenue flow.
* Enhancing department processes, policies, and efficiencies.
* Taking ownership of credit protocol development and policy writing.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* 7-10 years of solid experience in credit, collections and AR.
* Strong team building and leadership skills to guide a high-performing AR team.
* Familiarity with Lien Law practices required.
* Expertise in writing and optimizing credit protocols and policies.
