Key Requirements
Senior Roles:
* Minimum 5 years' offshore inspection experience in inspection or NDT
* Relevant offshore safety certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET, GWO)
* NDT Level II or III certifications (e.g., Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Eddy Current)
* Proven expertise in inspection, robotics, drones, or remote-operated systems
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor team members
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in challenging offshore environments while maintaining high safety standards
Junior Roles:
* Some experience or interest in robotics, NDT, or offshore work
* Willingness to work in challenging offshore environments and adaptability to dynamic project conditions
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
* Ability to follow procedures and work collaboratively within a team
* Excellent communication skills and eagerness to build technical expertise
