Customer Service Advisor
Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
£12.80p/h (£25,000p/a)

Duties to include:
1. Ensure all contacts (calls, emails, online, Social Media) received are handled professionally and courteously, with all issues appropriately recorded.
2. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure the department provides continual telephone cover throughout the working day.
3. Arrange the inspection of remedial enquiries where necessary to issues.
4. Liaise between management teams, Customer Care Operatives, and external contractors to ensure all works are completed efficiently.
5. Communicate with the Head of department to ensure all issues are dealt with by the appropriate person in a cost-effective manner.
