As the Head of Commercial - Rail, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, including the Group Commercial Director and Chief Commercial Officers, to establish and lead a new commercial team within the Rail division. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build relationships with key stakeholders, recruit top-tier talent, and develop commercial strategies that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Building and leading a high-performing commercial team Developing innovative commercial strategies to enhance profitability while managing risk Guiding complex contract negotiations and providing expert commercial insights Ensuring contracts meet customer needs and safeguard the business What are we looking for?
