The role takes on a comprehensive business partnering approach to ensure success by actively collaborating with stakeholders and team members from all critical departments, including Operational Delivery, HR, Training, Workforce Management, and others. It is a vital component of the role to ensure a complete understanding of the local business and client needs. In this role, you will take proactive steps to obtain the correct sources of information and translate this into effective recruitment practices. Perform comprehensive targeted research to identify qualified candidates via internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts, and other research personnel Research, assemble and analyse data to effectively make recommendations regarding recruiting efforts Screens and interviews candidates to ensure their qualifications meet the requirements of open positions Ensure qualifications are met and schedule interviews for hiring managers and executives Oversees all pre-employment requirements (Background investigations, reference checks, drug testing, credit checks, fingerprinting, etc.) to ensure compliance and proper applicant status progression for record maintenance Collaborates with Leaders and Human Resources on Recruiting specific issues related to new hire requirements, compensation, EEOC, etc. Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external Recruiting resources Create a best-in-class candidate experience by maintaining a professional and accurate representation of Teleperformance to all candidates Review onboarding completion to ensure new hew hire paperwork is complete and accurate before progressing candidate through the life cycle Effectively communicate expectations to candidates Communicate employment offers and orientation requirements to candidates Accurately maintain recruiting data by timely dis-positioning and reporting Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Assist with other duties as assigned Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment What Will You Need to Succeed? Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, business management, labour relations, or related fields. Proven experience working in the recruiting industry. 1-2 years of recruiting and interviewing experience, preferably in the BPO market Experience recruiting for executive and professional positions Experience with salary negotiations Efficient time management Sufficient depth of knowledge in UK employment law is strongly preferred Ability to influence across a matrix of business constituents Excellent customer service skills and building rapport with employees, management, and vendors Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be a quick learner and quick problem solver Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to express innovative thoughtsideas about recruiting and overall employee experience ATS Experience - preferably ICIMS experience Excellent attendance history is required Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and others Language skills – (detail if languages are required for the relevant business areaclient) Comprehensive knowledgeexperience using Applicant Tracking Systems, such as JobTrain, Taleo, SAP, etc. Salary: Up to 30K
