A Finance Manager is required on a permanent basis, paying up to £60,000 pa.Your new roleReporting to a progressive MD and leading your own finance team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of:Producing and managing budgetsCosting reports and analysisOverseeing payroll and general cash managementControlling and overseeing the customer payment processPreparing and reviewing financial statementsMonitoring key performance indicators and financial trendsDeveloping and maintaining internal controls to ensure complianceManaging liquidity and cash flowEnsuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsCollaborating with project managers to ensure financial success of projectsHandling vendor payments and accounts receivable collectionsWhat you'll need to succeedWe are seeking a forward-thinking and efficient individual with proven experience within the construction industry. Preferred software experience is Evolution, though it is not essential. As Finance Manager, you will hold a strong understanding of both CIS and VAT.
