* Proven experience in a customer service role.
* Call centre experience would be advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all interactions.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and possess I.T skills.
* Full UK Right to Work.
* Lives local to SE26 postcode and can reliably commute to work.
* Must be able to accommodate work patterns: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm and 10-7pm.

* Make outbound calls to customers.
