* Mechanical maintenance, covering repairs on various types of pumps, agitators, presses, valves and pipe work systems. The site has compressed air, nitrogen generation, cooling water, hot oil and hot water services that need to be maintained.
The successful candidate will provide input into various areas of the process safety management (PSM) including SIL (safety integrity level checks including temperature/level/pressure trips), hazardous area equipment inspections (ATEX), earthing checks, testing of pressure relief equipment, vent inspections and tank inspections.
The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the sites compliance with statutory requirements such as emergency lighting, legionella control and PAT testing for new items and be involved with contractor management (permits/inductions and onboarding).
