We employ over 50 members of staff and operate in a number of sectors. Our Industry recruitment team works with businesses of all sizes, from media & creative companies to real estate & construction, financial services, and everything in between, covering roles in finance, operations, HR, marketing and more. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work across a range of verticals across the country. This is a full time role in the office and our working hours are: Monday 9am—5pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-4pm. We offer an inclusive and fun working environment with no KPIs or micro-management, and no cap on commission. Responsibilities Source and register high quality candidates via LinkedIn and job boards Craft high quality marketing emails to prospective clients Develop and maintain client relationships - to include emails, phone calls, Teams/Zoom meetings and, where necessary, in person meetings Develop a full understanding of your market and become a trusted expert in this field for both candidates and clients Provide advice and guidance to candidates for navigating the interview process Manage the offer and negotiation process between clients and candidates to ensure a successful outcome for all parties Actively work to expand the database with new clients
