Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting managers and employees.
* Manage the HR inbox, ensuring all requests and records are handled accurately and confidentially.
* Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents for new hires.
* Administer pre-employment checks, inductions, and exit interviews.
* Assist with payroll documentation and employee changes.
* Support ongoing HR projects and process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in HR administration or a relevant qualification.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* High levels of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software is desirable.
What We Offer:
* £16.84 per hour with an immediate start.
* A 3-month full-time contract (37.5 hours per week) with a hybrid working arrangement—3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
