The role is demanding and diverse and involves:\n\nWorking with a large client base - many of the schools nationally work exclusively with Vision for Education.\nUsing sales, business development and marketing techniques and networking opportunities to attract business from client schools.\nVisiting clients to build and develop close working relationships.\nDeveloping a good understanding of client schools; what they do and their culture and environment.\nUsing social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates, employers, and the teaching community.\nHeadhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.\nUsing candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.\nReceiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.\nRequesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.\nBriefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job.\nPreparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.\nOrganising interviews for candidates as requested by the client.\nInforming candidates about the results of their interviews.\nUsing our Salesforce system to manage bookings.\nCoordinating sponsorship activities for client schools.\nThe successful Recruitment Consultant will have/be:\n\nVaild UK licence with access to own vehicle a must.\nExcellent communication and sales skills.\nThe ability to grow a their desk from the start.\nExcellent time management and organisational skills.\nAn ability to organise their own workload and meet deadlines.\nSelf-motivated and resilient.\nThe ability to act on their own initiative.\nPossess a professional and ethical approach to business.\nBe able to forge and maintain relationships over the telephone and face-to-face.\nPossess a desire to exceed the highest levels of customer service.\nOperate effectively as part of a happy, motivated team.\nWhat we offer:\n\nWarm desk.\nOpen-ended bonus system.\nCompany/team performance incentives throughout the year.\nExcellent career progression and professional development opportunities.\nRegular team events.\nFriendly, professional, and hard-working team environment.\nReduced working hours during school holidays.\nFree parking on site.\nClick 'apply now' to be part of this fantastic team!\n\n The Edwin Group do not discriminate on the grounds of age, gender, race, colour, religion, disability or sexual orientation, and we welcome applications from all sections of the community.\n\n#internaledwin
