We’re looking for a Key Accounts Manager to effectively manage spending and potential customers within a designated territory. You’ll be proactive in growing profitable sales, developing new business, and delivering exceptional customer value. If you have a strong commercial mindset, a history of achieving sales targets, and are comfortable with proactive selling activities, this role is perfect for you What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for designated key customers, providing excellent service and ensuring strong relationships Drive sales growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within your territory Maximise opportunities in cross-selling, up-selling, and increasing own-brand penetration Execute regional sales strategies and support external territory managers Monitor and act on commercial performance, including quotes, pricing, and agreements Engage in proactive sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external sales to optimise sales performance Maintain and utilise CRM systems for reporting and pipeline management What We’re Looking For ✅ Industry experience in fluid power, hydraulics or pneumatics ✅ Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a targeted environment ✅ Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets ✅ Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive profitable sales ✅ Confidence in proactive selling, including cold calling and high-energy sales activities ✅ Experience using CRM systems for managing accounts and sales pipelines Ready to take the next step in your sales career?
