We are pleased to be supporting an excellent, reputable company based in Keighley who are looking for a senior accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is a varied accounts role, reporting into the financial director.
Duties will include
* Bank reconciliations
* Credit card reconciliations
* Weekly payroll - full training to be provided
* Processing purchase ledger invoices
* Matching and coding invoices
* Reconcile the petty cash
* VAT returns
* Weekly payment runs
* Assisting with month end duties including accruals, month end reporting and more.
* Other ad-hoc duties reporting into the financial director.
Skills:
* Minimum AAT Level 3 qualification (essential) or equivalent dependent on experience
* A minimum Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
