The FM team here WINNER is hiring a Operations Manager to cover multiple sites within Lincoln. The role will entail overseeing the operations of the cleaning services such as managing KPI/SLA, overseeing Profit & Loss, engaging with the Client regularly and helping grow other service lines.
Responsibilities:
1. As an operations Manager you will be responsible for 23 sites within Lincolnshire, and 90 staff made up of supervisors and cleaning operatives.
2. You will be responsible for leading, motivating and managing the cleaning staff ensuring they are delivering high levels of cleaning standards
