CRESTWOOD PARK PRIMARY SCHOOL Part time Administrative Assistant (25 hours pw / term time. Mon - Fri) Crestwood Park Primary School is looking for an administrative assistant to assist the Business Manager with the provision of administrative duties. Crestwood Park is a small, friendly school in Kingswinford. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in a school. As a minimum we require the following qualities: experience of working in a busy office, dealing with the general public, telephone and reception duties. Also, a good knowledge of ICT including a working knowledge of Microsoft office applications. In addition, they will be able to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. Having an ability to ‘spin plates’ and a good sense of humour are also a must The selection process will be by interview and some ‘in-tray’ style exercises. The 25 hours working pattern will be every day Monday – Friday for 5 hours per day. This will be term time only. You may be asked to work an occasional Inset day.
