Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, including preparation of orientation materials and sessions.
Support HR initiatives by organizing training sessions and workshops for employee development.
Assist in administering employee benefits programs and responding to employee inquiries.
Aid in maintaining workplace policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with HR team members on various projects to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in an HR role or administrative support role is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees and management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws is desirable.
