Key Responsibilities:
Provide full office administrative support.
Handle invoicing and credit control.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Manage enquiries via phone and email.
Support a team of 4 welders with daily enquiries.
Order and process material requests.
What You Will Need:
Strong administrative skills with a self-starting attitude.
Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
