Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support: Assist the pupil in the classroom, adapting tasks and activities to their individual needs.
* Encourage engagement and participation: Motivate to actively participate in lessons, ensuring they feel included and supported.
* Assist with personal care and mobility: Provide support with physical or emotional needs, including personal care where necessary.
* Support behavioural and emotional development: Create a positive and supportive environment for their growth.
* Collaborate with the teacher: Work closely with the class teacher to implement tailored plans and strategies that address individual learning needs.
* Monitor progress: Keep track of progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents, contributing to student assessments.
