Mike Collins Recruitment are currently recruiting for MIG Welders for the day shift for our busy manufacturing company based in Telford. Nights also available, please see other jobs.
Duties:
Weld and structural steel units.
Read from engineering drawings to assemble and welding units.
Quality control.
Jobs can vary from one offs to 100s of units so must be versatile.
Experience:
Must have previous MIG welding and fabrication experience is essential.
TIG welding would be an advantage but not essential.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.15pm, Friday 7.30am - 1.30pm. Overtime available: Mon-Fri- x1.33, Sat- x1.5, Sun x2
Rate of pay: £13.50ph+. Timekeeping and attendance bonus available once perm.
This is a temporary to permanent position for the successful candidate.
