The post will provide expert nursing knowledge, skills and experience in the field of cardiac catheter laboratory nursing practice and act as a resource to advise, educate and support those involved in the care of the patient.
The post holder will be required to participate as a member of the Cath Lab Team currently based in the Trent Cardiac Centre on the city campus. This role will involve providing a seamless service for cardiac patients coming to the cardiac catheter lab which includes taking part in the cardiac emergency on call service on an internal rotation, which includes weekend and bank holiday working.
