Key Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring Compliance across the FM contract
Maintain accurate and thorough records of evidence received and observed
Escalate and report non-compliance issues promptly.
Provide feedback on unresolved compliance issues or missing evidence from service providers.
Engage with sub-contractors to clarify evidence and ensure a coordinated approach to compliance.
Essential Attributes
Knowledge of FM statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and confidence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competent in Microsoft Office, with strong organisational and presentation abilities.
Professional, resilient, and self-confident.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
