The Priory Witham Academy is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Teacher of Business & IT to join a school that makes a genuine difference to its students and supports its staff to achieve their individual goals. We are seeking to appoint an excellent Teacher of Business & IT who is passionate about the subject and able to plan, prepare and deliver outstanding and engaging lessons with experience of teaching and curriculum planning across Key Stage 3 to 5. The successful candidate would hold responsibility of shaping the curriculum across both Business and IT, having strategic overview for the development of learning. This person will have the vision, drive and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our students and will demonstrate the dedication and motivation to enable all learners to achieve their fullest potential.

Business & IT is a key element of our curriculum offer; we are privileged to be able to offer Admin and Management as part of our Post 16 T-Level offer, with students having access to bespoke facilities designed to bring the curriculum in line with industry settings. IT provision across the school is excellent, the department is made up of well-resourced workshops and classrooms.
