We are currently seeking an additional Systems Analyst to join our team in Leeds. It is a great opportunity for anyone who has worked with Joblogic or similar Works management/Field Service management software.
You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continual support of the business systems and will play a part in the planning, estimating, supervising, and monitoring of implementation activities and an effective, robust transition for all new solutions into business-as-usual operations.
Some of the key deliverables for this role include:
* Provide support to ICT Projects, including:
o Analyse & Design:
* Review the business requirements and convert them to technical steps/changes within the system to meet the business needs.
* Produce and gain approval on the technical solution document specific to the system as a technical system owner.
* Project / Programme:
* Contribute to the project/programme planning and highlight their individual tasks and activities including dependencies.
* Identify risks and issues to the Project/Programme Manager.
* Build & Maintenance:
* Work alongside the development teams internally and externally to ensure the final solutions are developed in line with the design documentation/agreement.
* Manage change requests through the full systems life cycle to completion.
* Ensure system configuration documentation is complete and accurate.
* Work as part of a 3rd line team to provide advice and guidance relating to the investigation and resolution of application incidents.
* Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
* Ensure ICT Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met at all times.
* Where appropriate, take ownership of the problem management process to identify the root cause of critical incidents.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Systems Analyst.
* Previously supported Works management/Field Service management software.
* Ideally previously worked with Joblogic.
* Experienced at gathering requirements and has strong negotiating skills.
* Strong communication, presentational, and written skills with the ability to describe complex issues simply to colleagues at all levels of seniority.
