WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Marketing is at the heart of everything we do at Property Hub. We’ve built an audience, tens of thousands strong, eager to consume everything we do.
We're looking for an experienced marketer with a natural growth mindset and an insatiable hunger for driving leads - someone who understands how to craft messages that connect with the right people and can dive deep into performance metrics.
On a typical day, you could be:
1. Developing and executing lead generation strategies across organic and paid channels
2. Crafting targeted communications that keep our key audiences well-informed and engaged, turning passive followers into active leads
3. Tinkering with the latest AI tools to drive growth and efficiency
4. Planning and executing both online and in-person events -- from webinars to investor meetups -- managing every detail from initial concept to final delivery
5. Creating compelling launch materials and drafting investor-focused content that captures attention and drives action
6. Constructing high-converting landing pages for various campaigns, ensuring they're not just visually appealing but laser-focused on driving conversions
7. Conducting deep-dive performance reviews that transform campaign data into meaningful strategic insights
8. Supporting broader business initiatives to ensure marketing is a strategic driver of company growth
9. Handling some general administrative marketing tasks, ensuring things are running like a well-oiled machine
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and is a true lead generation strategist. Our marketing team is small but mighty, so we need someone with a first-class work ethic, a thirst for knowledge, and a passion for learning new skills.
You don't need to have a property background [we have more than enough content to help educate you], but you'll have:
1. Top-notch communication skills that work as well in a spreadsheet as they do in a presentation
2. An analytical mindset that doesn't just look at numbers, but sees the stories they tell
3. A proven track record of driving lead generation
4. The ability to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
We're looking for someone who doesn't just report numbers but tells the story behind them. Someone who can spot a 2% conversion uplift opportunity and get excited about the potential impact on our business.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce or Pardot is a bonus, but what matters most is your ability to think strategically, ask the right questions, and propose data-driven improvements that can meaningfully impact our growth.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who thinks creatively, spots opportunities, and isn't afraid to share ideas. Whether it's a fresh approach to a campaign, a way to streamline our processes, or an entirely new idea – we're a collaborative team that wants to hear it all.
