About the role You will report to the Head of Transformation: Commercial Processes in the Business Technology Transformation Team with a dotted reporting line into the Digital leadership team. You will receive plenty of guidance and with the support of the Director of Business Technology Transformation, they will partner with functional and system experts throughout the programme who will provide support and expertise. This high-profile role provides exposure to a wide range of Digital, IT and other colleagues and process experts across all levels, along with experience of new areas both within digital and across the wider business whilst gaining valuable project/programme management skills. Responsible for the definition and approval of the end-to-end business process design for the business processes assigned Responsible for the process design approach, plan and progress tracker Involvement in design workshops to ensure that business needs are identified and change impacts are understood Ensure integrity in the end-to-end process design cross-functionally, developing content for key design decisions Manage virtual network team of process analysts and subject matter experts Identification of expertise and resource requirements and potential gaps within project teams and processes, drawing on your wider network to ensure the right people are involved at the right time Document process flows including the development of the Standard Operating Procedures Responsible for the Condor process taxonomy, ensuring changes are taken through the required change control process Design and support UAT scenarios and execution to confirm the integrity of your end-to-end process design Awareness of the impact of the programme across the business and teams, and leading/supporting engagement across the business Liaison with on and offshore colleagues/process owners Continued engagement and support of Process Owner network post deployment What you’ll need to have Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues to those with a non-technical background, and build relationships with senior business partners across the business Ability to move between big picture and small detail over the lifetime of the programme – ensuring that the future solution does everything it needs to, to achieve the desired business outcomes Excellent networking skills – we’ll need to understand and represent the user experience across the business, including stores and the support office. Willing to challenge with a view to process and systems improvements Enthusiasm and a willingness to take on challenges and involvement in details.
