Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join them on a permanent full-time basis; hours of work are 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday).

THE ROLE:
Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
Use strong customer service and the ability to troubleshoot various IT issues effectively.
Ensure that the technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
Pro-actively monitor, escalate, and pursue outstanding Helpdesk calls to ensure that they are responded to promptly.
Keep customers fully informed of the progress of their Helpdesk calls.
Specify, create customer sales orders, and order new equipment for installation and configuration.
THE CANDIDATE:
Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience working in a Helpdesk environment.
Experience of working in a 1st line support role.
Experience with Windows 10/11 and server operating systems.
Experience of Mobile devices Android & IOS.
Basic Microsoft Office 365 Admin.
Basic Network Troubleshooting.
Possess good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
Be driven, motivated and punctual.
Have great customer service skills.
Good problem solver and can work under pressure.
