Customer Service Team Leader
£16.90ph - £18.00ph
Location: Cardiff (CF15) - free parking onsite / local transport links include easy bus and train stations for non-drivers.
Working week is Monday to Friday, with hours from 9.00 to 5.15pm.
Working pattern: Mondays are office-based for all staff, with everyone being allocated 1 set day a week WFH + 1 extra Friday a month WFH for everyone.
We have an urgent need to fill a Team Leader role for our financial services client in Cardiff. You will be responsible for pro-actively overseeing the activities of your team, as well as being hands-on within their busy inbound department.
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience from a regulated industry – financial services, insurance, pensions. However, we are also open to candidates with a solid background in another call centre environment.
The role is initially being offered on a 3-month contract, with a high possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right individual.
