What you'll be doing
1. You'll review condition surveys completed by our Property Assessors, conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy before updating our systems
2. You'll carefully verify property component information such as installation dates and renewal schedules for kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and heating systems
3. You'll work closely with our Property Assessor team, approving their completed home condition surveys and addressing any resulting issues or anomalies
4. You'll extract and analyse data using Excel, helping identify patterns and anomalies that inform our investment planning
5. You'll support our efforts to reduce "no access" properties, helping ensure we can complete surveys for all our homes
6. You'll manage correspondence for the Property Performance and Planning team, including emails and workflows
7. You'll maintain electronic records of regulatory certificates and information in line with data protection requirements

You're detail-oriented with a genuine interest in data accuracy and a talent for spotting inconsistencies. You take pride in maintaining precise records and understand how quality information drives good decision-making.
You're educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with experience providing administrative support in an organisation handling large volumes of varied transactions. Your excellent literacy and IT skills make you adept at managing and presenting information clearly.
While not essential, knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions like VLOOKUP, sorting, and basic formulas would be beneficial, as would familiarity with social housing and landlord compliance requirements.
Most importantly, you're methodical, thorough, and committed to getting things right the first time.
