An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Operational Support Team, Case Management / Referral Management / Children in Care & Courts Team. The ideal candidate will be expected to undertake a full range of clerical duties including word processing, use of spreadsheets, maintenance of database systems, general clerical work, finance related work, reception of visitors, telephone switchboard duties, minute taking and other duties relevant to the service area. You must have previous experience of basic routine tasks using numeracy, accuracy and literacy skills. Experience of imprest accounts (petty cash handling), invoicing and budget monitoring would be advantageous. We are looking for someone who has good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and work as part of a team.
