In this role you will provide excellent technical support, customer service and advice to our colleagues who process a range of daily activities across Finance, HR and Payroll. Some of the tasks you will be required to undertake are: General system maintenance tasks Helpdesk operative Triage system requests and incidents Ensure process compliance Identify faults and areas of improvement You will have: Significant experience of using PC’s An ability to identify client needs and maintain customer relationships Ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful way Ability to meet deadlines Excellent customer care practice Although this post is advertised as a fixed term contract there is the possibility of further extensions in this pivotal area.
