Our client is a national firm providing professional services to their rural client base with over 50 offices nationwide.
The team undertakes the management of Rural Estates and offers a range of professional rural advice. Their technical excellence ensures an impressive client base, advising on some of the most prestigious clients in the area. The role will be a blend of Estate Management and professional working within a team.
About the Role:
Key Deliverables:
1. Acting as principal agent for a selection of key estate management clients
2. Undertaking estate and farming business reviews
3. Handling diversification projects
4. Assisting clients with the promotion of strategic land
5. Secured lending and other professional valuations
Responsibilities:
1. Managing individuals within a high-performing team
2. Maintaining a strong client base
Experience and Qualifications:
* Competent and experienced MRICS qualified rural surveyor with experience of delivering work across a range of projects.
* Demonstrate team leadership potential, capable of building relationships with existing and new clients and generating new opportunities.
* Possess a composed manner in order to work under pressure
* Good time management and ability to prioritise workloads
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills - must be capable of building and maintaining good relationships with team members, other colleagues, and clients.
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary commensurate with experience
* Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
