What You Can Expect Supports the development and execution of brand marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and growth across key markets. Assists in managing the day-to-day operations of assigned brands, ensuring marketing activities align with brand objectives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure seamless execution of brand campaigns. Helps analyse brand performance and consumer insights, providing actionable recommendations for optimising marketing strategies. Assists in managing the marketing budget for assigned brands, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with brand priorities. Develops and implements consumer engagement strategies across broadreach media, digital, social media, and experiential marketing channels. Contributes to the creation of marketing collateral, including advertisements, promotional materials, and social media content. Monitors competitive activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for brand innovation and growth. Participates in internal meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to elevate brand positioning and marketing efforts. What You Bring to the Table Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop compelling content and brand messaging. Passion for brand management and marketing, with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends. Experience or understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media engagement, and consumer insights. A creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box, problem solve and bring innovative thinking to activities including NPD Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to review data and derive actionable insights to inform brand strategies. A collaborative and proactive approach, working well within teams and across departments to achieve shared goals. Creativity and attention to detail in the execution of marketing initiatives. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. What Makes You Unique Previous experience in brand management or marketing, particularly within the FMCG or premium goods sectors. Familiarity with content creation tools, digital marketing campaigns, and data analytics platforms. Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies and brand storytelling. Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to execution.
