Earn £26,819.00 per annum plus bonus in a Mon - Fri role working 8.30am - 5pm days!

Your Time at Work
The Role
You will assist in the achievement of branch sales, profit and customer service targets. Ideally, you will hold a minimum of 2 years of outbound sales experience and the ability to exceed expectations within your team whilst hitting your targets and providing excellent customer service to our strong portfolio of customers.
On a typical day you will:
1. Make outbound sales calls in accordance with the call diary to generate repeat orders, ensuring all orders are captured, and opportunities are taken to maximise sales and margin through range extensions, own brand, etc.
2. Grow and develop new and lapsed accounts within a defined portfolio against targets, working with other sales staff to achieve maximum potential.
3. Study reports, complete gap analysis on customer accounts, and constantly review customer trends with a view to identifying ways to increase sales and margin.
4. Accurately set up customers and orders on the system, completing call logs and reports.
5. Deal with all customer issues/queries/requests for product and service information promptly, efficiently, and courteously, ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed where required.
6. Manage out of stock items by communicating with purchasing and advising customers accordingly.
7. Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved.
