8am till 4pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am till 3:30pm on Fridays

You’ll be responsible with supporting the Service Manager to manage the service. You will be responsible for the full range of services across the locale, managing safe, contractually compliant services, achieving target outcomes whilst operating within budget. You will be required to lead, develop and inspire a team to provide an excellent service which meets the needs of vulnerable people, whilst working and complying with FHA aims and objectives and complying with contractual obligations.
Duties & Responsibilities

Delivery of a safe and effective service which meets the needs of vulnerable people and demonstrates current best practice.
*
Developing and leading a high performing team, by encouraging CPD, recruiting, inducting, supervising, and appraising staff. Manage conduct, capability and absence issues.

Provide an effective housing management service and adhere to health and safety standards and procedures.
*
Working positively and productively with the line manager to fulfil all contractual obligations, and develop the service.

Maximising income, reducing voids and arrears
*
Ensuring the service submits accurate and timely data monitoring.
*
Liaising with external stakeholders
What we need from you
*
Extensive experience of managing others.
*
Experience of working with people from vulnerable groups.
*
Experience establishing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
*
A flexible, positive attitude ready to take on an environment where no two days are the same.
*
Knowledge and experience of safeguarding and risk management is desirable.
*
