Job Title: Membership Team Leader

In the role of Membership Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day responsibilities of the team and ensure a first-class service is delivered to customers.
As Membership Team Leader, the ideal candidate will have leadership experience, be commercially astute, and take a hands-on approach to dealing with customers directly.

Key Responsibilities
1. Be a role model for the team and respond to a high volume of enquiries
2. Manage and resolve escalated complaints from the team
3. Motivate and manage the team to achieve targets and goals
4. Consistent quality checking and feedback, working within a structured framework
5. Create and manage a daily staff rota to determine who is covering the different channels where clients can leave enquiries
