Amazon EU’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team is seeking a highly motivated Process Improvement Specialist to join the EU FBA Ops team. This role will be based in Warsaw. The Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for driving projects and initiatives that improve seller experience in Amazon Fulfillment Centers, managing key seller-facing FC operational metrics & processes across Europe, and supporting the wider FBA EU team.
This will be a diverse and highly visible role requiring a strong aptitude for building partnerships with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders at every level of the business. You will establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and high-pressure environment, relentlessly advocating for our sellers with partners who have multiple competing priorities.

Key job responsibilities
1. Leading or supporting implementation of multiple FBA initiatives, aimed at improving Seller Experience across the whole of Europe.
2. Conducting deep dive analysis of substantial data batches to identify opportunities for improvement and assist in strategic business decisions.
3. Developing, optimizing, and presenting timely updates of relevant metrics.
4. Some travel might be required for this role, but is not expected to exceed 20% annually.
About the team
The FBA Ops team brings a huge amount of tenure and experience from all areas of Amazon operations. The role offers a great opportunity to learn from a team of true experts with diverse backgrounds and specialisms. We start from the Seller and work backwards to solve problems and identify the best trade-offs to deliver the best possible Seller experience. We relentlessly advocate on behalf of our Selling Partners with stakeholder teams including FC Operations, Supply Chain, and Transportation, who often have multiple competing priorities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. A bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Relevant project management experience gained in consulting, transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, or other related fields.
3. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
4. Proficiency in maintaining a vast network of and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.
5. Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tool set.
2. Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level and SQL.
