Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a part or recently qualified Patent Attorney in the Engineering and CII space. The role can be based at IP Asset in Oxford or London, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves meeting clients, invention analysis and patent prosecution and drafting with the opportunity to get involved in a broader spectrum of work undertaken by the firm. This can include conducting due diligence for investors, IP Audits and commercial strategy in maximizing the value of their intellectual property. Training and support will be provided for any remaining professional examinations.
Qualifications
* Foundation level exams or equivalent course
* One or more UK or EQE final examinations
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* A degree level qualification or above in Physics, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
