Salary: Grade 4 and scale point range £13.26 - £13.91 per hour (FTE £25,584 - £26,835) actual salary £18,299 - £19,194 About the Role: Join our dedicated HR and Payroll team at Midsomer Norton Schools' Partnership as an HR Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to support the Trust's HR functions by providing high-quality clerical and administrative assistance. Your role will help ensure that HR processes are performed accurately, confidentially, and in line with Trust policies and DfE guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Perform various clerical tasks including word processing, filing, and photocopying. Support central HR processes, assist with correspondence, and coordinate meetings. Maintain and update the electronic HR system (People XD) and recruitment platform (Eteach). Manage and update personnel files, ensuring compliance with Safer Recruitment practices and HR procedures. Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. Provide administrative support for Trust-wide HR and Payroll queries. Ensure pre-employment checks and documentation are completed accurately. Maintain the Single Central Record for safeguarding checks. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Education: GCSEs in English and Mathematics (Grade 4 or above) or equivalent. Experience: Proven office experience in a busy, team-oriented environment with a customer-focused approach. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong IT proficiency. High attention to detail with the ability to manage electronic records. Effective time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities. Professional and confident telephone manner.
