LEGAL SECRETARY - RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING Our forward thinking client law firm based in Potters Bar is now seeking a Residential Property Legal Secretary to join their Residential Conveyancing Dept. They are looking for an experienced candidate who will have at least 3 years behind them in this practice area. They will also consider someone with much more years’ experience and who prefers to work without dictation. The successful candidate will be a great support to the fee earners and must have an understanding of the transactional procedures together with the legal forms raised and lodged at HM Land Registry. Previous use of the Land Registry Portal will be useful together with Case Management Systems. Duties; Digital Audio Dictation, onboarding new clients; opening files, sending out the initial client care letter, raising the necessary searches and enquiries, completing legal forms etc., together with making Land Registry Applications and applying for Requisitions on Title to dealing with post completion matters through to the end of the file under supervision. Skills and Requirements: Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant Residential Conveyancing experience. Leasehold / Freehold, Sales and Purchases. Someone that pays great attention to detail. Salary £25,-30,000 dep on exp. Hours: 9-5.30pm Holidays : Standard plus bank holidays and extra days. Start Date: ASAP Parking on site.
