We offer personalised support which is tailored to suit the unique needs of each individual, focusing on daily living tasks, social engagement and community involvement. Our Relief Support Practitioners play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of care, providing essential support during staff absences, helping to maintain a stable and nurturing environment. Our teams consist of trained and experiences individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable adults. We prioritise empathy, respect and understanding in out interactions, ensuring a supportive atmosphere where individuals feel safe and valued. The people we support share a variety of interests including arts and crafts, games and puzzles, animals, music and dance as well as getting out an being an active part of their community. If you share these interests and are excited about supporting vulnerable adults in a meaningful way, we encourage you to apply About You You don't need experience to join our team, we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills that you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees All we need you to bring is: - A caring and compassionate attitude Active listening skills Great communication skills A positive approach to learning Confidence in the use of computers A full UK driving licence is preferred, however not essential. Shift Patterns We provide dedicated around the clock support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so our shift patterns do involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays, sleepovers and/or waking nights. If you're successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us. Please note - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany. Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
