A
s a Fault Reporting Operative, you are responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of unplanned Low Voltage fault incidents to ensure compliance with Ofgem Licence conditions under the Quality of Service Interruptions Incentive Scheme (IIS).
T
his role is a full-time position working with a team based at our Leeds site. Please note, working from home arrangements cannot be incorporated into this role. This role also includes a Major Incident support element.

long with a competitive salary between £28,401 - £31,107.B
ase salary would be £28,401 with potential increases based on performance assessments and evidence, in line with our Professional and Administrative collective agreement.

T
he successful candidate will be accountable for:•
Accurate inputs of Low Voltage Fault Report data into our Outage Management System (OMS)•
The auditing of all Low Voltage Fault Reports•
The correction of non-compliant Fault Reports following identification through the audit process •
Supporting the wider business with Customer Service Guaranteed Standards.•
Analysis and interpretation of OMS data and site fault information•
Interrogation of geographical system records and progression of updates.•
Inputting of data to audit Databases•
Data preparation for the annual Information Incentive Scheme (IIS)

ssential Qualifications and Experience:

High levels of accuracy – relating to data inputting•

esirable Qualifications and Experience:
•
Knowledge of the Low Voltage network and existing Outage Management experience would be advantageous.•
