Customer Relationship Lead – Data Services
Locations: Hybrid (2 days in the London Office)
As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a Customer Relationship Lead to join our Data Services team.
The Role
The Rightmove Data Services team is experiencing an exciting period of growth, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to help us deliver high-quality service to our diverse client base. Working closely with the Operations Manager, as well as colleagues in Sales, Product Development, and Data Insights, you will be at the heart of ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You will play a key role in troubleshooting customer issues, identifying ways to improve processes, and ensuring that our customer service remains industry-leading as our customer base continues to expand.
What you’ll be doing
1. Building strong relationships with customers, ensuring a personal and memorable experience.
2. Becoming an expert in our processes and services to handle customer inquiries effectively.
3. Providing frontline support via phone and email, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
4. Taking full ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.
5. Overseeing customer onboarding and ongoing engagement to ensure satisfaction.
6. Delivering training via phone, email, or video.
7. Keeping customer records accurate and up to date across multiple systems.
8. Collaborating with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and Product.
9. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving efficiency.
10. Leading strategic ad hoc projects from planning to execution.
11. Processing leads and coordinating with the Sales team when needed.
12. Identifying ways to enhance the customer journey and improve internal workflows.
Who you are
13. A confident and engaging communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
14. Proficient in Excel.
15. Able to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly.
16. A creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box.
17. Analytical with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
18. Able to use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
19. A great listener with strong questioning skills to understand customer needs.
20. A self-starter who thrives on driving process improvements.
21. Emotionally intelligent and able to stay composed under pressure.
22. Adept at working with multiple stakeholders across different teams.
It would be great if you also have:
23. An interest in product development and the ability to discuss technical requirements.
24. Experience in a sales-led environment.
25. Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, SugarCRM) and some SQL knowledge.
26. A proactive mindset, willing to challenge ideas and suggest solutions.
